Lean over the sink, position the soft brush head at a 45-degree angle to the teeth, and gently place the brush head below the gum line. Start at the lowest pressure setting, moving the brush head gently along the gum line until the water tank is empty.

The tongue scraping nozzle is perfect for maintaining oral hygiene, allowing you to gently scrape the tongue starting from the back and moving forward. Start at the lowest pressure and gradually increase for comfort.
